One Position Open

The Vice-President shall assume the duties but not the office of the President-Elect in the event of the President-Elect’s absence, resignation or disability and shall perform such other duties as assigned by the President or Board of Directors. The Vice-President shall be a member of the Bylaws Committee, and participate in conference planning as directed by the President.

President-elect shall assume the duties but not the office of the President in the event the President’s absence, resignation or disability and shall perform such other duties as assigned by the President or Board of Directors..  The position becomes will hold the office of President for a 2 year term immediately following the completion of the 1 year term of president-elect

The Board Member shall attend all AzSRC Board meetings and is a voting member of the BOD. A board member may be responsible for 1-2 committees as directed by the President.
